Cancellation
We get it - life happens. If something crazy happens on your way to the studio, please give us a call so that we know you’re ok.
If you just don’t feel like coming to class, we ask that you unregister from class 2 or more hours before class starts.
No Show
Failure to cancel or show up may result in a fee of $10.00.
If you have any class passes on your account, one class may be deducted.

Barre
A blend of ballet, pilates and yoga that will tighten, sculpt and lengthen your muscles.
Pound
POUND® is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.

Triple P
A fast and fun 45 minutes of body weight and plyometric drills. Don't worry about choreography in this class! We will be raising our heart rates and challenging our bodies with basic foot drills and plyometric moves. Using your own body weight and maybe some bands, you will challenge your strength and coordination with basic fitness moves and variations of planks and push-ups
AAA
Abs, ass and arms with the use of resistant bands building strength.
Full Body Circuit
Circuit training using heavier weights, resistant bands and mixing that all with stations of cardio. Being lead through difference stations while working at your bodies pace.
Rise
High cardio mixed with light weights and ab work on the Rebounder (trampolines).
Outdoor Class
Low Impact Weight Training
Low impact weight training. No cardio just weights targetting that muscle mass building strength.
